She is a tenacious mentor, creative researcher, and forward-thinking teacher, and currently serves as an independent Senior lecturer at the University of South Africa. Dr. Cecilia Temilola Olugbara is a researcher with Doctorate in Science and Technology Education. She obtained Bachelor of Science (Ed) with Honours in Biology and MBA (Marketing) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She obtained master’s degree in Science and Technology Education and PhD in Science and Technology Education from the University of Zululand, South Africa. She completed her postdoctoral at the Unesco Chair on ODL, University of South Africa.
