How to Register, Confirm Email & Take an Assessment

Click the "Login to Purchase" button on any assessment card. You'll land on the Sign In page.

Click the "Register" link to create a new account. Fill in:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email (we'll send a confirmation here)
• Phone Number (optional but helpful)
• Password (minimum 8 characters, must include a non-letter character)

Click "Create Account".

After registering, you'll see: "Registration successful! Please check your email to confirm your account."

Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder!) for an email from Altitude Skills Academy with subject "Confirm your email".

Click the "Confirm Email" button or link in that email.

⚠️ Didn't get the email? When you return to the Sign In page, there's a link that says "Didn't get a confirmation email? Resend it" — click it and we'll send a new confirmation link.

On the Sign In page, enter your registered email and password.

Optionally check "Remember me" to stay logged in next time.

Click "Sign In".

Note: If you see "Your email isn't confirmed yet…", follow the resend link above to get a new confirmation email. This message means your registration is complete but email confirmation hasn't finished yet.

You're now logged in and back on the Assessments page.

Choose an assessment and click "Purchase Access — R[price]".

You'll be redirected to PayFast to complete payment securely. Choose your payment method (card, EFT, etc.) and complete the purchase.

After payment is complete, you'll see a "Payment Successful!" page.

Important: The assessment can take a few seconds to unlock. If you see a message to wait, refresh the page or click "Go to Questionnaire" after a moment.

The assessment typically takes 10–15 minutes to complete. Answer all questions honestly for the most accurate results.

Once you submit the questionnaire, you'll see your personalized results immediately.

We'll also email you a summary of your results for future reference.
